Under a broken bough
We hide in the shadows from the blazing sun
Lay down our swords, for the battle is done
Drink mead from a scarred metal flask
Bury our brothers in pyres of ash
A new era has begun
time to harvest our fields and rejoice
Kiss the moon as she dances across the sky
Time to return to the sacred grove of trees
Find peace on the mornings cool damp breeze
We hide in the shadows from the blazing sun
Lay down our swords, for the battle is done
Drink mead from a scarred metal flask
Bury our brothers in pyres of ash
A new era has begun
time to harvest our fields and rejoice
Kiss the moon as she dances across the sky
Time to return to the sacred grove of trees
Find peace on the mornings cool damp breeze
